Statistics                                                                  WALT graph data in various ways.

On camp the students were given the choice of which type of fruit they would like for lunch.

They could choose between an apple, peach, plum and pear.

Here are their choices:

1)   First, fill in your tally chart showing the students’ lunch choices.

 2)   Next, go to the KidZone website here.

If you do not have internet access at home, talk to your teacher about using it at school.

3)   Graph the information from your tally chart on a bar chart or pie chart using the ‘Graph A Chart’ programme. You may like to follow the tutorial first, then create your graph.

4)   When you have completed your graph, print it out, cut it out and glue it in your homework book. If you can’t print it, you can copy it into your homework book or email it to our class email here.
